Hayden brings with him a quality trade background and almost 20 years of building experience. Hayden’s positive energy, open communication and both residential and commercial building knowledge will ensure your new build runs smoothly. Hayden is the client point of contact for any changes or variations and oversees the entire project ensuring success through KPI’s such as; time, budget, quality and client satisfaction.
Jeffrey Martin
Jeffrey MartinEstimator & Contracts Administrator
Jeffrey brings a wide variety of skills to his position utilising over 25 years of building industry experience from carpentry, timber estimation and engineering. Jeffrey is responsible for the accurate, time effective and comprehensive build cost estimation of all our projects whilst also maintaining all PSA documentation from design through to construction, ensuring our builds are on time and on budget.

Linda supports the team and clients by providing timely and competent business administration. With 20 years experience, Linda ensures the paper-trail behind every build is effective, thorough and accurate to ensure clients understand the finances and documentation.
Angela Wicks

Angela supports the building team in a dual role. Angela is results focused, procuring margin positive development opportunites and delivering full analysis and feasibility reports ready for property purchase and engagement. Angela also manages all facets of brand management, awareness and new client development.

Mark delivers exceptional project outcomes utilising his 28 years of extensive building experience to ensure all our sites and Clients receive focused and effective daily hands-on site managment. As our Site Manager Mark has direct relationship with both the Client and trades during the construction phase of the building project. Ensuring dream home ideas and plans are actualised into reality and all set KPI’s are met.

Sam is part of our ‘on-site’ team, he ensures all our new homes are erected with knowledge, time efficiency and skill. Qualified and experienced Carpenter Sam will be onsite and have our building frames up in no time. Sam works as a part of a team with our other dedicated Claridge Carpenter Tim. Together they deliver quality results every time.

Peter is passionate about details and makes sure all our sites progress smoothly right through to handover and beyond. Peter helps ensure our outcomes are of the highest standard, delivering a dedicated 6 month maintenance service period on all completed homes.
